LinkedIn expands services features to help Freelancers and SMB connect and thrive

Just four months after expanding its 'Services Marketplace' to bridge the communication gap online between freelancers and the brands looking for their help, LinkedIn rolls out more elements to its services feature.

Monday, LinkedIn added two new elements to its Services pages, allowing freelancers and SMBs to list their services on their personal pages, connect them to company pages, and be found for them in the search results.

The change will come as an extended way to drive traffic to company pages and generate leads in more than one way - kicking off the expanded features right from your personal profile.

Linkedin will also now allow users to create a digital portfolio or "media showcase" of their services page -- an intuitive move for the over 2 million users already displaying their services on the platform.
